Located in the heart of Las Médulas — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Spain’s most unique landscapes — our restaurant is more than just a place to eat: it’s part of the region’s living history.

We were the first restaurant to open its doors in Las Médulas over 40 years ago, when this area was still a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Since then, we’ve witnessed the growth and transformation of this corner of El Bierzo, always staying true to our roots: serving homemade, traditional food made with local ingredients and the authentic flavors of our land.
